I watch climbing movies and read. I mess around with the kids and hang out with Brad, and I also make interesting foods like vegetable dumplings and oatmeal-cranberry-chocolate chip-pecan cookies. At the end of the day I think about music and make playlists, and I find artists and songs that are going to get me psyched to run well.
And I love re-discovering unique music compilations like this one by DJ Premier featuring Nas and the Berklee Symphony:

"Biko." It's a powerful song about the unjust actions towards Steve Biko.
