Today was the day, and he hit it right-on. John-Pio turned seven! Here is his birthday challenge movie. Can I just say that I love that he chose Lupe Fiasco, "The Show Goes On," as his music?

OMG Vera, what an inspiration! So proud of your little man...he had me at 33 minutes on the bike! Love it! He's inspired me to get back to getting in fit! Mucho love to you and the family. Way to go, John-Pio!! :)
